Cook Environmental Services was contracted by a buyer to conduct a due diligence survey in accordance with ASTM standards for a Phase I ESA. The scope of services included a site reconnaissance with a full inspection of the UST system, interviews with the previous owner and occupants, a review of regulatory records for the site and neighboring sites, a review of historical aerial photos and topographic maps and the preparation of a comprehensive Phase I ESA report.
